Job Summary and Responsibilities Up to $20,000 sign‑on bonus and $10,000 educational assistance available to external candidates.

As our Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech), you will be pivotal in producing diagnostic images that enable Radiologists to accurately diagnose and manage patient conditions.

Perform a variety of imaging examinations, including X‑rays, ultrasound, diagnostic fluoroscopy, CT/CAT scans, and MRIs.

Assist with pre‑procedure education and prepare patients for procedures.

Collaborate with staff to assure patients understand procedures and answer questions.

Position patients properly and place EKG electrodes correctly during imaging.

Prep skin and sterilize prior to procedural draping.

Set up patient and sterile equipment according to the performing physician’s preferences.

Scrub and assist physicians during procedures, including sterile placement of invasive and hemodynamic monitoring equipment.

Use fine motor skills to assist with placement/deployment/use of invasive catheters, wires, balloons, stents, structural heart devices, and electrophysiology catheters/3‑D intra‑cardiac conduction mapping.

Monitor hemodynamic equipment, recognize and report cardiac rhythm changes, document clinical information, and perform arterial/venous sheath removal with closure devices or manual compression.

Perform daily maintenance, quality assurance testing, equipment cleaning, and supply re‑stocking.

Communicate effectively and work cooperatively with team members, patients, families, and providers.

Job Requirements

Medical Radiographer: NE, upon hire

Basic Life Support (CPR), upon hire

Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 6 months

Registered Technologist Radiography (ARRT), upon hire

Our patient‑centered care is supported by a Level I trauma center, academic medical campus, and comprehensive services including trauma, heart and vascular, emergency, surgery, maternity, cancer, and diagnostic imaging.
