This position has the responsibility for ensuring that all orders are complete with regards to correct inventory and process time and are closed out in a timely manner. Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies across systems·
Monitor and record process order transactions in SAP·
Analyze and report inventory variances and resolve issues promptly·
Ensure timely closure of open process orders and maintain compliance with internal controls·
Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to optimize inventory accuracy·
Prepare and maintain raw material inventory analysis reportsWhat Makes You the Right Fit·
Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred·
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)·
Strong organizational and analytical skills·
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities·
Effective communication skills·
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines·
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems·
Knowledge of inventory control best practices·
