Schedule:
R egular: Monday–Thursday, 10:00 p.m.–8:30 a.m.
Training (2–3 months): Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m .
Pay: $2 3.00 / hour + 10% shift Differential
Summary : The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for operating processing equipment, performing production operations, maintaining cleanliness and compliance, and supporting manufacturing activities in a cleanroom environment.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate processing equipment such as Filter Integrity testing systems, Watson Marlow pumps, autoclaves, and high-throughput bag lines.
Deliver products to the warehouse using a motorized pallet jack.
Perform production operations, including hand filling, prepping fill equipment, and completing aseptic gowning and qualification.
Clean equipment and work areas after production operations.
Coordinate proper disposal of waste and complete compliance documentation.
Communicate the status of production operations and equipment; report deviations to the supervisor.
Provide complete and accurate batch records at the end of production operations in accordance with quality guidelines.
Execute batch records in SAP.
E nsure all applicable logbooks are filled out completely.
Follow production procedures and safety policies at all times.
Use, clean, and store all personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly.
Label all in-process equipment and containers appropriately.
Take action to resolve any unsafe conditions.
Participate in safety and quality training activities.
Support all Manufacturing Tech I activities, including communicating and documenting the status of processes, products, and equipment.
Perform in-process assays.
Set up, dispense, and package technically challenging products .
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; some college or an associate degree preferred.
Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
SAP experience required.
Osmometer or pipetting experience preferred.
Ability to pass a physical examination.
Ability to wear PPE and work with chemicals and related substances .
Must maintain a clean and shave appearance.
Preferred
Knowledge of chemistry, mathematics, and science
Experience with safe chemical handling
Strong communication (oral & written), computer, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
