+ Cooking equipment (grills, fryers, ovens)
+ Refrigeration systems (coolers, freezers)
+ Dishwashing and specialty foodservice systems* Troubleshoot **electrical and mechanical systems*** Work directly with **restaurants, hotels, and commercial kitchens*** Use service documentation and maintain accurate inventory* Follow safety protocols and promote service offerings### Requirements**Minimum:*** High school diploma or GED* 1+ year experience in:
+ Commercial appliance repair
+ HVAC or refrigeration
