Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing*** Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure efficient production and safety compliance* Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery* Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime* Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment performance* Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement and operational goals**What Are We Looking For****Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check**Work Environment*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.**Physical Requirements*** Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly* Capable of standing, walking, climbing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods* Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces* Manual dexterity and visual acuity to operate equipment and perform inspections* Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by site safety standards**What We Offer*** Starting Pay $23.82 per hour DOE* 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions* Highly competitive benefits programs, including:
