An exciting opportunity has arisen as Product Advisor . In this role, you will be a part of the Manoeuvring Controls department delivering technical knowledge and advice to the development and sales teams.
We are looking for highly motivated Product Advisor for manoeuvring controls product range K-Thrust 720 and MCON.
About the role As a Product Advisor, you will combine technical understanding, business insight, and customer focus to help create solutions that deliver real impact in the maritime industry. You’ll act as the key link between our customers, development teams, and commercial functions – ensuring that our products meet real-world needs and deliver measurable value.
You will take ownership of one or more projects and product activities, both internally and externally. The role includes some travel for customer visits, field support, and conferences. If you are passionate about quality, collaboration, and operational excellence – we would love to hear from you! We will review applications on an ongoing basis.
You will work closely with
Customers and end-users
Sales and marketing
Assist sales, delivery and support teams with technical questions
Work on product roadmaps and release plans
Conduct customer research to understand their needs and pain points
Identify trends and make recommendations
Communicate with stakeholders
Becoming a trusted point of contact for KM on all product-related matters
Key accountabilities
Translate customer and stakeholder needs into product design and implementation
Define, prioritize and follow up product development and maintenance.
Provide technical sales assistance to our sales organization
Provide technical assistance to delivery organisation and customer support
Qualifications and experience
Higher technical and administrative education or relevant maritime system experience
Strong collaborative mindset. Able to act as an integrator in the organisation
Ambitious, self driven and able to execute on set plans.
Exper ience with product strategy and roadmaps
Knowledge of Life Cycle Management
