Industrial and Manufacturing Electricians are responsible for performing electrical maintenance and repair tasks. This role supports the maintenance team in ensuring the reliability and safety of electrical systems and equipment.**WHAT YOU'LL DO:*** Perform routine electrical maintenance tasks, such as replacing fuses, bulbs, and wiring, under the guidance of senior electricians.* Diagnose and repair electrical issues, such as short circuits, faulty wiring, and control panel malfunctions, using technical manuals and schematics.* Support Preventive Maintenance Technicians in completing electrical PM tasks as needed.* Conduct visual inspections of electrical systems to identify wear, damage, or potential hazards.* Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols, GMP, and food safety regulations.* Document maintenance activities, including work orders, parts used, and time spent, in the CMMS.* Assist in the installation, setup, and testing of new electrical equipment.* Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistency and compliance.**WHAT YOU'LL NEED:*** High school diploma or equivalent.* 2+ years of experience in an electrical maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.* Basic understanding of electrical systems, tools, and equipment.* Willingness to learn and follow instructions.* Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.**WHY TEASDALE:*** Union Role* Benefits (including vacation/PTO)* Opportunities for pay adjustments/increases with skill or position development* Career Developmental and Professional Growth Opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
