Join CAREonsite as a Registered Nurse (RN) – Occupational Health & Injury Case Management!
CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, provides occupational medical services nationwide. We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Registered Nurse (RN) with at least two years of experience in general medicine, occupational health, or emergency room nursing.
Schedule & Pay:
Schedule: Mon-Fri 0700-1530 CST
Pay Range: $42/hr
What You'll Do:
Support & Monitor Occupational Health Programs
– Provide care, oversight, and coordination of a wide range of occupational health services.
Health Promotion & Education
– Develop health promotion programs in collaboration with the supervising occupational physician.
Medical Reporting & Compliance
– Provide accurate, well-documented medical reports and formulate occupational health procedures as needed.
Health Assessments & Surveillance
– Conduct job‑specific health assessments, pre‑employment exams, and ongoing health surveillance.
First Aid & Injury Case Management
– Provide first aid care, manage work‑related injuries and illnesses, and coordinate follow‑up care per protocol.
Clinical Expertise
– Perform phlebotomy, IV blood draws, and administer immunizations as required.
Occupational Illness & Injury Consultation
– Work under established protocols to evaluate, monitor, and report potential occupational illnesses and injuries.
What We're Looking For:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of practice.
At least 2 years of experience
in general medicine, occupational health, or emergency room nursing.
Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS/AED) certification
from the American Heart Association.
Proficiency in phlebotomy, IV blood draws, and immunizations.
Strong computer skills
– Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic medical data management.
Physical ability
– Requires standing and walking for up to five hours per shift; infrequent lifting up to 15 lbs.
Additional Requirements (Manager to Complete): OSHA 10 will be assigned, and must be completed within 90 days of assignment.
