Position Overview As a Massage Therapist, you’ll deliver exceptional massage and body treatments that exceed our high standards while creating a peaceful, rejuvenating experience for each guest.
Qualifications & Requirements
High School Diploma/GED with minimum 500 hours of massage therapist coursework
Three (3) years of professional massage therapy experience
Valid Colorado Massage Therapist License (required)
Proficiency in multiple modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Hot Stone, and Cupping
What You’ll Bring
Knowledge of principles, practices, and techniques of various massage therapy modalities
HIPAA compliance and proper record‑keeping practices
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Techniques for engaging with diverse clients from various backgrounds

Delivering a variety of massage modalities and body treatments with excellence
Assessing client needs and customizing treatments accordingly
Providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences
Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated wellness team
Managing your schedule efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly to our spa, setting the tone for their relaxation journey
Perform expert massage and body treatments including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Hot Stone, and Cupping
Conduct thorough pre‑treatment consultations to understand client needs and preferences
Adapt techniques based on client feedback to ensure optimal comfort and results
Maintain absolute confidentiality and appropriate professional boundaries
Communicate effectively with guests and team members to create seamless experiences
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to our exacting standards
Contribute to the spa’s success through teamwork and service excellence
Physical Requirements
Stamina to perform massage therapy throughout your shift
Ability to stand, sit, and bend for extended periods
Strength to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Manual dexterity for performing therapeutic techniques

Compensation
In addition to your base pay, you’ll earn:
40 Commission per service
