Highly organized with strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Excellent at working independently while being a collaborative team player

Strong communicator with patience and cultural awareness

Detail‑oriented with sound judgment in navigating diverse communities

Bilingual candidates are a plus if you speak Spanish or other languages

What you’ll do: As a Community Health Program Coordinator, you’ll be the operational backbone supporting CHW teams. You’ll coordinate program activities, manage data collection and analysis, and ensure smooth program operations across multiple sites.

Support 1‑2 Program Managers overseeing CHW teams serving hundreds of patients

Schedule training sessions, team meetings, and community events

Maintain program documentation, client records, and compliance requirements

Collect, organize, and analyze data to measure outcomes and improve program quality

Engage with community members, colleagues, and partners, including those who may be upset

Will be responsible for enrollment of patients into the program

Requirements

3–5 years in program coordination, research administration, or equivalent experience

Strong writing and communication skills

Proven experience with data collection, analysis, and protocol implementation

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Valid driver's license, must own a and have car insurance

Ability to travel to multiple locations across the Atlanta area

Bachelor's degree preferred

Ability to pass background check and pre‑employment screening
