We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join our established team and be part of a company that genuinely makes a difference to patient care.
The Healthcare Assistant plays a vital role within the GP Practice team, supporting the delivery of the full range of NHS Primary Medical Services. You will work alongside our friendly, patient-focused clinical and management teams, providing essential support to ensure high-quality, safe, and compassionate care for all patients.
This role requires autonomy, discretion, empathy, and sensitivity, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities
Undertake tasks and duties delegated by clinical and management staff
Conduct procedures such as blood pressure monitoring, new patient checks, and basic clinical observations
Support the practice with ordering supplies and equipment
Assist in the sterilisation and preparation of equipmentMaintain accurate records and documentation as required
Work collaboratively to support smooth clinical operations
Requirements
Basic literacy and numeracy skills
Basic computer skills and ability to use practice software
Demonstrates an understanding of general practice workflows
Ability to work professionally, sensitively, and empathetically
