As a
Direct Support Professional (DSP) , you’ll play a critical role in carrying out that mission by helping people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) complete everyday living tasks and achieve their goals.
Position details: Monday‑Friday, 2:00 pm‑6:00 pm. We offer flexibility. Location: Asheboro, Randleman, and Ramseur. Compensation: $15.00 hourly.
Your Role in Our Mission
You provide care in the home of the individual and the community they live in.
You assist with everyday tasks such as housekeeping, meal preparation, cooking, cleaning, personal care (bathing, dressing) and employment support.
You may transport the client to appointments and run errands.
You help plan and organize their schedule.
You complete daily documentation and reporting in the electronic health record system.

Experience:

Proficiency with EHR systems or a willingness to learn.
Transportation:
Reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
