In this vital role, youll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.
What You Bring to the Table Essential Qualifications
Plan an organized system of training to assist in maintaining overall staff competence to maintain individualized safety, quality of care.
Plans and implements in-service programs for the development and improvement of the skills of facility personnel using a variety of teaching methods, presentations, materials and resources to meet the learners needs.
Continually assess and evaluate staff learning throughout the orientation process for modification in various teaching methods.
Attends scheduled corporate staff development and infection control meetings.
Plans and implements nurse aide training program in accordance with state and federal requirements.
