We areseeking a Board-Certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join anestablished behavioral health program in Mansfield Center, Connecticut. Thisposition focuses on outpatient psychiatric care for children and adolescentswith a broad range of mental health conditions.

Setting:
Outpatient
Patient Volume:
Approximately10–12 patients per day
Discharges:
At least 2discharges per day
Program Size:
28 total beds
Patient Population:
Children andadolescents with all mental health diagnoses
Care Model: Multidisciplinary team environment
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive psychiatricevaluations and ongoing medication management
Develop and manage individualizedtreatment plans
Coordinate care with therapists,nursing staff, and other providers
Participate in discharge planningand continuity of care
Maintain accurate and timelyclinical documentation
Qualifications
Board Certified in Child &Adolescent Psychiatry
Willingness to practice in an outpatientsetting
Eligible for Connecticut medicallicensure
