The role collaborates with system partners, continually assesses evolving client needs, and adjusts interventions to support effective, holistic outcomes.As an integrated health organization Acenda values the use of evidence-based practice or EBP's.**Program Info**Functional Family Therapy (FFT) is an evidenced-based family intervention program for youth ages 11-18 who are experiencing behavioral and relational problems at home and in the community. FFT is an effective treatment for a wide range of behavioral and emotional problems such as symptoms of conduct and oppositional and defiant behaviors.
