$18/hour + $1,000 Signing Bonus
Abound Health is looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to join our team as
Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
in Mercer County. This position provides one-on-one care for a female client in West Middlesex, PA, helping her live a safe, fulfilling, and independent life.

About the Role As a DSP, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals reach their goals and enjoy life to the fullest. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with daily living needs such as showers, eating, and medication management
Supporting behavioral, social, and vocational development
Providing companionship and recreational engagement
Documenting progress and following treatment plans
Working independently in home and community settings
Client Snapshot Our client lives at home with her sister, grandmother, and nephew, along with one dog and one cat. She has a seizure disorder and requires full supervision. She is non-verbal but generally happy and engaging. Mobility support is needed, including lifting and wheelchair transport.
What We’re Looking For
Genuine interest in supporting individuals with I/DD
1–2 years of caregiving experience
At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Ability to pass background checks
CPR/First Aid certification (training provided)
Pay:
$18/hour
Signing Bonus:
$1,000 (paid in installments over the first year with minimum 20 hours/week)
Weekly pay and flexible scheduling
Paid onboarding and holidays
