Job Summary: As a Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) at TilloHealth, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and quality care to elderly patients. Responsibilities:
Assist elderly patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Provide emotional support and companionship to geriatric patients.
Monitor and record patient vital signs and behaviors.
Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
Serve meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement care plans.
Document patient care activities accurately.
Qualifications:
Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification.
High school diploma or equivalent.
CPR certification.
Compassionate and patient-centered care approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Empathy and understanding for the unique needs of elderly patients.
Attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
