Role specifics and benefits
Support pre‑procedure screening, patient education, and informed consent, ensuring optimal patient preparation and sedation safety in collaboration with physicians and anesthesiology teams.
Assist with scope handling, room setup, instrument sterilization and maintenance, and immediate post‑procedure recovery in the procedure suite.
Diligently monitor vital signs, comfort, and rapid response to any adverse events.
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, uphold rigorous infection control standards, and maintain meticulous documentation of care plans, procedure notes, and discharge instructions.
