Adolescent DBT Therapist (part- and full-time opportunities available)

Gladstone Psychiatry and Wellness is currently recruiting for Adolescent Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Therapists. Part- and full-time opportunities are available. The DBT Program is a DBT-LBC certified program, dedicated to providing full fidelity DBT. We desire finding clinicians who are passionate about doing DBT and working with adolescents and their families, with a mix of office and telehealth appointments.
Responsibilities:
Conduct individual DBT therapy
Facilitate skills groups
Provide phone coaching to your clients
Attend consultations
Engage in supervision
Requirements:
Must be dedicated to providing comprehensive DBT
Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or associated field
Licensed and in good standing to practice counseling/therapy in Maryland
Willingness to learn and grow
Preference for those who have Prior Level 1 DBT training and those who have provided DBT in the past, though these are not requirements - we will train!

Compensation: LCSW-C/LCPC: $150/individual session
$175/group
$100/consultation team
LGPC/LMSW: $125/individual session
