Job Summary and Responsibilities Dignity Health Medical Group - North State is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) to join our well‑established Orthopedic team in Redding, CA.
Opportunity Highlights:
Group affiliation with Dignity Health, offering connection to the highest standard of health care
A physician‑led, professionally managed, and collegial practice environment
Combination of outpatient clinic and OR responsibilities
Clinical duties include consultations, follow‑ups, procedures (joint injections, aspirations, etc.)
Involvement in ordering and interpreting diagnostics
Single hospital and clinic site - no commuting between facilities
Excellent work‑life balance in a supportive, team‑oriented setting
Located in a beautiful Northern California community with affordable real estate, top‑rated schools, and year‑round outdoor recreation
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary: $145,000‑$155,000 + productivity incentives
Sign‑on & relocation bonus

Job Requirements
Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Current and unrestricted California license and certification
Minimum of 1 year experience in Orthopedic Surgery

First‑assist surgical experience and comfort in both clinic and OR settings
