Job Summary and Responsibilities Dignity Health Medical Group - North State is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) to join our well‑established Orthopedic team in Redding, CA.

Opportunity Highlights:

Clinical duties include consultations, follow‑ups, procedures (joint injections, aspirations, etc.)

Involvement in ordering and interpreting diagnostics

Single hospital and clinic site - no commuting between facilities

Competitive salary: $145,000‑$155,000 + productivity incentives

Job Requirements

Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

Current and unrestricted California license and certification

Minimum of 1 year experience in Orthopedic Surgery

required

First‑assist surgical experience and comfort in both clinic and OR settings
