Compensation & Schedule
Starting Salary: $22-$30/hour (based on experience)
Production bonuses
Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for qualified candidates
Full-time, flexible schedule — no nights or weekends

Responsibilities
Service, repair, and recondition Vermeer equipment as directed by the Service Manager
Diagnose equipment malfunctions (hydraulics & electrical experience required)
Recommend appropriate repairs and create accurate cost estimates
Perform welding/fabrication as needed
Maintain accurate, detailed records of all repairs performed
Communicate with the factory for technical assistance
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Proven experience with hydraulic and electrical diagnostics/repair
Welding experience
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe, professional work
