Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. You will be responsible for patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy services to support optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities
Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as clinically appropriate Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately and timely Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in accordance with practice acts Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards Qualifications
Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT) Active West Virginia PT license (or ability to obtain) Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills Flexibility and adaptability to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs This opportunity is ideal for a PT looking to grow professionally while delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a collaborative setting.
