Licensed Behavioral Specialist - Part‑Time, Lansdale, PA
Signing Bonus:
$5,000 Pay:
$40 - $42 per billable hour
We are expanding services and seeking talented Licensed Behavioral Specialists to provide services to our families. As the Licensed Behavior Consultant you will drive treatment: identify goals and interventions, complete assessments, and make recommendations for each child’s care. Our experienced team provides Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) in the home, community, and school environments and works one‑on‑one with children who have Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Mood Disorders, or other behavioral challenges.
Responsibilities
Design treatment plans and behavioral interventions by gathering and analyzing data
Function as the Lead member of the Multidisciplinary Treatment Team
Consult with parents and other team members regularly and provide therapeutic programming materials
Maintain appropriate and timely communication with family, Mentor/Sevita, and agencies responsible for youth’s treatment, welfare, and/or disposition
Complete all documentation including treatment planning, progress notes, monthly reviews, and periodic assessments, maintaining compliance with program policies
Actively participate in planning after‑care and discharge services
Attend peer review sessions
Perform other duties as outlined in contract
Minimum Requirements
LPC - Licensed Professional Counselor
LSW - Licensed Social Worker
LCSW - Licensed Clinical Social Worker
BSL - Behavior Specialist License
LMFT - Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
