Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate, adaptable, and client-centered
Child & Adolescent Clinician
to join our inclusive team. This is a
full-time, fee-for-service position with opportunities for bonuses
reporting to the Clinical Director. In this role, you will provide affirming, developmentally appropriate, and evidence-based mental health care for children, adolescents, and their families. You will be supported by a values-driven practice that celebrates diversity and believes when therapists are truly supported, they and their clients flourish.

Competitive Pay ranges: $54-59/hour
Guaranteed pay model; clinicians are paid biweekly regardless of client or insurance payout

Scheduling Flexible scheduling options available that align with both the clinician and client/family needs. A willingness to maintain afternoon availability and some evenings required for seeing children/adolescents who attend school during day hours.
Key Responsibilities
Provide client-centered and culturally responsive individual therapy to children and adolescents
Engage families and caregivers in treatment planning and psychoeducation
Conduct developmentally informed biopsychosocial assessments and create individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions tailored to children and adolescents
Respond to crises with empathy, prioritizing safety and stabilization
Maintain timely, accurate, and clinically appropriate documentation
Collaborate with schools, pediatricians, and other providers to ensure coordinated care
Participate in individual supervision, case consultation, and team collaboration
Stay current with child/adolescent best practices, continuing education, and regulatory requirements
Support families with resources and guidance to help clients meet treatment goals
Provide timely, developmentally appropriate communication to both clients and families
Qualifications Required:
Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
Independent licensure (or license eligible) in Massachusetts: LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent
Experience providing therapy to children and/or adolescents
Strong foundation in evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions
Knowledge of child development and family systems
Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
Proficiency with EHR and clinical documentation
Preferred:
Training or certification in child/adolescent-focused modalities (e.g., play therapy, CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, parent coaching)
Experience collaborating with schools and pediatric providers
