We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled
Nurse Practitioner (NP)
to join a leading value‑based care organization in
Memphis, TN . This role is in‑clinic, allowing you to deliver truly comprehensive, patient‑centered care while enjoying a predictable weekday schedule.

$120K–$152K (commensurate with experience)
Bonus Eligible:
Annual performance bonus program
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, no evenings, weekends, or on‑call

Focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and improving quality of life for adult and senior patients
Your Role
Conduct health assessments and preventive care visits within established clinical guidelines
Manage acute and chronic conditions through evidence‑based treatment plans
Collaborate closely with physicians and care teams to develop coordinated care plans
Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to guide care decisions
Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with scope and regulations
Provide education and empowerment to help patients proactively manage their health
Requirements
Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) required
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
Current and unrestricted
RN and NP licenses
in Tennessee
DEA license preferred
Passion for patient‑centered, value‑based healthcare
