dedicated and compassionate licensed mental health therapist

for individuals, couples, and families.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy (ages 5+).
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in our EHR system (TherapyNotes).
Develop and implement treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
Comply with HIPAA and professional ethical standards.
Requirements:
Active Ohio license: LISW, LPCC, or IMFT.
Personal professional liability insurance.
Proficient in clinical documentation and telehealth best practices.
Comfortable with a hybrid work environment (telehealth + in-person sessions).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with children, adolescents, or trauma.
Familiarity with TherapyNotes or similar EHR platforms.
Credentialed with insurance panels (a plus, not required).
