Fresh Face MedSpa is a physician‑led aesthetic practice offering refined cosmetic and wellness. This position is commission‑based, with strong earning potential tied to injector performance and patient volume. In addition to injectable services, additional compensation is available for Good Faith Exams (GFE) and Medical clearances for weight‑loss and wellness programs, including telehealth consultations when applicable.
Compensation structure and scope of services will be discussed in detail during the interview process to ensure alignment and a mutually beneficial arrangement.
Location & Role On‑site Nurse Practitioner – Injector located in San Antonio, TX. The Nurse Practitioner – Injector will be responsible for performing patient consultations, administering cosmetic injectables such as Botox and dermal fillers, and providing other aesthetic and wellness treatments as needed, including weight‑loss services. Additional responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing personalized treatment plans, conducting medical evaluations and clearances for weight‑loss programs when applicable, maintaining accurate patient records, and educating clients on procedures and post‑treatment care.
Qualifications
Proficiency in administering cosmetic injectables, including Botox and dermal fillers
Strong understanding of aesthetic and cosmetic treatment techniques and related medical protocols
Excellent patient care, consultation, and communication skills
Attention to detail, precision in treatment application, and a strong commitment to patient safety
Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Texas
Prior experience in a medspa or cosmetic/aesthetic setting is highly desirable
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and build strong patient relationships
