VieMed is seeking a highly motivated Clinical Respiratory Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This role offers the opportunity to influence respiratory care practices, build meaningful healthcare partnerships, and contribute to a rapidly growing organization committed to clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Leverage and expand relationships with Pulmonologists, Hospitalists, Case Managers, Critical Care Physicians, and other referral sources to facilitate patient referrals for respiratory services.
Promote VieMed’s comprehensive home ventilation solutions and disease management programs through compelling presentations, educational initiatives, and collaborative clinical engagements.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to your assigned territory to achieve and surpass growth objectives.
Collaborate closely with internal teams—including Respiratory Therapists and Operations—to ensure smooth patient transitions from hospital settings to home care.
Maintain meticulous records of account activities, referral sources, sales metrics, and customer interactions to support ongoing relationship management and performance analysis.
Demonstrate professionalism, persistence, and a proactive approach in a dynamic healthcare sales environment.
Qualifications & Experience
Established relationships within healthcare providers such as Pulmonologists, Hospitalists, Case Managers, or Respiratory Departments (required).
Hands‑on experience with Mechanical Ventilation, Non‑Invasive Ventilation (NIV), or related respiratory therapies (required).
Proven success in navigating hospital systems, influencing clinical decision‑making, and driving referral growth.
Minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales experience, preferably within respiratory therapy, DME, LTACH, or critical care sectors.
Formal sales training or clinical experience in respiratory care is highly desirable.
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
