LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse
– Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health – King of Prussia, PA and surrounding areas.
We are looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide direct, one‑on‑one medical care to infants, children, and adolescents in their homes. Work full‑time and part‑time shifts (days, nights, weekends).
Responsibilities
Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
Coordinate care.
Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.
Qualifications
Active RN or LPN/LVN license (new graduates welcome, training provided).
Experience providing care in a client home setting.
Ability to make a positive and lasting impression.
