This role is full‑time and provides clinical services to families enrolled within our agency throughout Maricopa County. You will work with children and young adults to help them overcome individual challenges and reach their full potential.
Pay Range $20.00/hr – $23.00/hr (based on skills and experience)
Responsibilities
A passion for empowering young people with behavioral health challenges to maximize their potential through mentoring, role‑modeling, coaching and other individually‑tailored interventions.
Implement skill‑building activities and behavior coaching tailored to individual needs.
Collaborate with families, therapists, and other professionals to coordinate care.
Provide services in the community, home, or other natural settings.
Build positive connections with children and adults, working in a strength‑based and family‑centered way.
Perform other duties related to the position.
Education / Experience Needed
High school diploma or GED and 2+ years of behavioral health experience.
Related bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
Requirements
Must be 21 years or older.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
Valid Arizona driver’s license with an acceptable 39‑month driving record.
Reliable transportation, including proof of insurance.
Candidates are required to submit a negative drug test.
Obtain an Arizona DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Complete Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and First Aid training.
Compensation & Benefits Salary: $20.00/hr – $22.00/hr. All full‑time employees receive a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) contribution match, paid time off and sick time, paid holidays, cell phone stipend, and mileage reimbursement.
