Responsibilities
Record patient medical history accurately.
Take and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc.).
Observe patients under treatment for progress and side effects of medications.
Monitor patients’ condition, including fluid intake/outlet and compose charts.
Assist patients with daily activities such as eating, bathing.
Administer injections, prescribed medications, enemas; clean and dress wounds.
Provide general nursing tasks as required.
Requirements
Active LPN license in Missouri (or RN).
Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures.
Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices.
Compassionate and able to handle stress.
