We are looking for Dental Hygienists to build our new hygiene team!

Construction to be completed in April 2026 but we are hiring now to train and work together at a nearby location!

Responsibilities You will be a key member of the patient care team, delivering exceptional lifetime dental care and advocating for patients. Responsibilities include providing high-quality hygiene services, educating patients, and supporting a positive patient experience through best-in-class clinical practice and collaboration with the Hygiene mentor program.

Minimum Qualifications

Current dental hygienist license in South Carolina and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)

Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, hygiene procedures, patient screening and medical history documentation

CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

1+ years of clinical experience

Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems

Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care

Clinical needs as required by the office

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation

Prolonged periods of sitting and standing

Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds

Availability to attend virtual or in-person training periodically throughout the year

TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions (not applicable in FL & TN)
