Role Overview In the
Financial Analyst - Non Alc
role based in Milwaukee, you will be a key member of the Record to Report (RTR) Accounting team. This role will provide specialized tax support and contribute to process improvements across various functions. You will ensure compliance with sales and use tax regulations, support tax reporting and analysis, and drive efficiencies through ongoing migration and transformation initiatives.
This position reports to the GBS Team Lead – Non Alc and works closely with Supply Chain and other Finance teams.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
Collaborate with customers and business partners to gather tax-related data, assess business processes, and provide recommendations that support compliance and operational efficiency.
Apply tax accounting principles and internal control knowledge to deliver timely, accurate, and objective financial and tax information.
Utilize financial and tax analysis techniques to advise business units and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Review, evaluate, and prioritize tax-related tasks and projects, communicating key issues and risks to management.
Support GBS migration and integration efforts, ensuring tax processes are clearly defined, documented, and aligned with broader business.
And other assigned duties.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience (4+ years in the field of Tax Accounting).
You have solid knowledge of GAAP and internal controls (CPA or CMA preferred).
You have strong Excel skills and experience with financial software (SAP, BOBJ, PowerBI).
Experience working on continuous improvement initiatives across cross functional teams.
