Assist homeless individuals with advocacy and support as they transition quickly into housing. Provide client‑driven services to help maintain housing. Qualifications
Passion for serving the homeless community. Experience with a housing‑first service model, harm reduction, progressive engagement and trauma‑informed care methodologies.
