Job Overview
Brighter Steps ABA is seeking dedicated, energetic ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our growing team. In this role you will work one‑on‑one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our team provides strong support, reliable scheduling, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles.
Base Pay Range $20.00/hr – $30.00/hr (pay is based on skills and experience)
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, or community setting
Implement individualized treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA
Collect accurate, real‑time data during each session
Follow behavior intervention strategies and provide reinforcement effectively
Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA
Maintain professional boundaries and protect client confidentiality
Attend team meetings, training, and supervision as required
Requirements
RBT Certification (preferred — we can help the right candidate obtain certification)
Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
Strong communication, patience, and professionalism skills
Must pass background check and meet state/funding requirements
Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes
