Weekend TDA (Two-Day Alternative)
schedule at
Baylor Scott & White Round Rock Medical Center . This full-time role offers a
$10,000 sign-on bonus , a premium weekend schedule, and the opportunity to work extended shifts while enjoying weekdays off.
As a Multispecialty Sonographer, you’ll perform advanced diagnostic ultrasound exams across multiple specialties in a high-quality imaging environment that values patient care, teamwork, and clinical excellence.

Friday–Sunday: 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.

What You’ll Do
Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations in two or more specialties following established protocols.
Produce high-quality sonographic images and obtain accurate measurements for physician interpretation.
Identify and document abnormalities; expand exam scope when clinically indicated.
Prepare and position patients appropriately; explain procedures clearly to ensure comfort and cooperation.
Assist physicians with ultrasound-guided procedures in the department or operating room.
Maintain ultrasound equipment; perform quality control and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Adhere to all infection control, safety, and patient-care standards.
Collaborate closely with Radiologists, nurses, and imaging staff to support excellent patient outcomes.
Accurately document exams and maintain imaging records within PACS and EMR systems.
Participate in call rotation, if required.

Requirements
Education: Graduate of an Accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program
Experience: Minimum 2 years of multispecialty ultrasound experience
Certification / Licensure:
Certified by ARDMS in at least two specialties, such as:
RDMS: AB, OB/GYN, BR, PS
RDCS: AE, FE, PE
RVT or RMSKS
BLS Certification (within 30 days of hire)
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and advanced sonographic techniques
Excellent communication, critical-thinking, and patient-care skills
