As a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, you will perform high quality images and exams on patients while maintaining sensitivity to patient needs while following standards of safe radiation practice. You are expected to demonstrate leadership for other associate technologists, act as a clinical resource to unit personnel and assure current standards of practice for the unit.
Job Requirements
HS Diploma or GED required
ARDMS - registered required RDMS(OB/GYN) or (AB) or (BR)
or ARRT registered R.T.(S)(ARRT) or R.T.(S)(BS)(ARRT) or ARDMS registered RVT(VT) with OB or ABD required within 1 year or hire, or ARRT registered - R.T.(S)(VS)(ARRT)
or ARDMS registered RDCS(AE) or (PE) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCS)
Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association required
Physical Requirements Exert up to 50 lbs force occasionally, up to 20 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs constantly.
