Registered Nurse Residency Program - Medical Intermediate
Saint Luke's East Hospital is seeking a New Graduate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Medical Intermediate Unit.
Position:
Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Intermediate Unit
Schedule:
Full Time, 36 hours, Days
Job Description:
You will be accountable for utilizing the nursing process, perform patient care, delegate tasks, supervise other patient care staff, coordinate care plans for assigned patients, and consult with the health care team to ensure optimal outcomes. You will work alongside intensivists, NPs, and respiratory therapy, with supportive leadership and nursing assistants available during shifts. Additional incentives are available for picking up extra shifts, and respiratory therapy is available at night.
Job Requirements:
1 year applicable clinical experience
Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
Associate Degree in Nursing
Registered Nurse certification
Other Details:
The program includes supportive leadership, opportunities for extra shift incentives, and a collaborative environment with intensivists, NPs, and respiratory therapy.
