LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse - Private Duty (Days) – Part‑Time
Location Lexington, TN (coverage area); Office Location: Brownsville, TN
Schedule Every other Saturday/Sunday 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Part‑Time)

Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 care following client’s plan of care while maintaining dignity and independence
Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care as needed per plan of care and assessments of results
Accurately document nursing actions, communicate with family, case manager, physicians, and document progress and outcomes
Coordinate or order supplies, medications, and feedings as needed to ensure adequate stock
Ensure all patient needs are met in accordance with physician instructions
Qualifications
LPN/LPT/LVN degree from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice
Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and proof of car insurance
CPR professional certification
1+ years of nursing experience (preferred)
Home health care experience (preferred)
