Annual salary $85,000 to $110,000

Responsibilities
Help patients maintain, restore and improve movement, activity and function
Provide interventions, conduct reexaminations (every 30 days at minimum), modify interventions as necessary, and perform discharge planning
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of assignment
Graduated from an accredited PT educational program (CAPTE)
One year of related PT experience for home health PTs, or if less than one year, approval from regional clinical leaders and appropriate mentoring or residency participation
Current CPR certification
