A K-12 educational setting in Arvada, CO is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to fill a contract position for the current school year (CSY). This role focuses on providing supervision and support for Clinical Fellows (CFs) placed in area schools, ensuring high-quality speech-language services for students.

In this position, the SLP will serve as a supervisor for CF placements, guiding clinical development and best practices within the school environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in school-based speech-language pathology, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering effective learning and communication for students from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities Include

Supervising and mentoring Clinical Fellows in school-based speech-language pathology

Collaborating with school staff and interdisciplinary teams to support individual student needs

Monitoring and evaluating CF performance and clinical service delivery

Assisting with documentation, reporting, and compliance with educational standards

Contributing to professional development and program improvement initiatives

Desired Qualifications And Experience

Valid state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist

Prior experience working within K-12 schools, preferably with CF supervision

Knowledge of school-based speech-language pathology regulations and best practices

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Ability to effectively support and mentor early-career clinicians

Location: Arvada, Colorado

Duration: Contract through the current school year (CSY)
