Position Overview We are seeking a Spanish bilingual and experienced mental health professional to join our team in the Bronx, NY. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to individuals aged 6 and above, with a strong background in working with pediatric patient populations. This role ensures high‑quality care and compliance with state regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide counseling and mental health services to clients aged 6 and older, including pediatric patients.
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence‑based interventions.
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with Medicaid and Medicare requirements.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Attend on‑site sessions once a week as part of the hybrid work model.
Requirements
Active NY State License (LMSW or LCSW).
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, including work with pediatric populations.
Spanish bilingual.
Active Medicaid and Medicare credentials.
Reside in or be able to commute to Bronx, NY for weekly on‑site visits.
Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively.
Must provide own equipment (not provided by the company).
Compensation
LMSW: $70,000 – $75,000 annually
LCSW: $90,000 – $95,000 annually
Work Model
Hybrid: Remote with one on‑site day per week in Bronx, NY.
