Physical Therapist - Pelvic Floor

Locations: Memorial Hospital Belleville and Memorial Hospital Shiloh (full‑time outpatient setting). The position is specific to pelvic floor care.

Pay Base pay range: $78,395.20 / yr – $125,403.20 / yr. Additional compensation and benefits are provided based on skill and experience.

Overview Memorial Hospital Belleville is an acute care hospital offering medical, surgical, and critical services, including pediatric emergency care and specialized cardiovascular programs. Memorial Hospital Shiloh is a 94‑bed private‑suite facility recognized for Magnet® status and provides emergency care, labor & delivery, and comprehensive surgical services. The Rehabilitation Services of Memorial Hospital Shiloh offer physical therapy to patients ranging from newborns to geriatrics.

Role Purpose Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients, including evaluation, treatment planning, and education, with emphasis on pelvic floor conditions.

Responsibilities

Establish treatment plans and provide treatment while considering discharge needs, functional status, and equipment requirements.

Educate, collaborate with, and conference with patients, families, and other health care providers; make referral recommendations as needed.

Delegate to assistants, techs, and students, determining competency levels for interventions.

Complete documentation in accordance with departmental policies.

Provide assessment, reassessment, and/or consultations for physical therapy services.

Minimum Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy.

Experience:

No prior experience required.

Licensure:

Physical Therapist License.

Preferred Requirements

Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
