We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our community. The pay range for this position is $28.00/hr to $30.00/hr.

Role Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, charting, and documentation.
Ensure residents’ regimens of care are maintained and provide other duties necessary to support resident health and safety.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver high‑quality care.
Qualifications
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Ohio.
Experience in a senior living setting is helpful, but not required.
Outstanding professionalism and excellent teamwork skills.
Willingness to work flexible shifts and adapt to resident needs.
