Responsibilities
Deliver quality nursing care to patients via interpersonal contact.
Provide care and services to help patients attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being in accordance with laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changes in the patient’s condition.
Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.
Implement and interpret program goals, policies, and procedures of the department.
Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
Use reasoning skills and good judgment in patient care.
Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing (nursing diploma).
Currently licensed/registered in the applicable state; maintain an active RN license in good standing throughout employment.
One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
CPR certification upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; must remain current during employment.

Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment.
Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
