Sentara Homecare and Hospice Services is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as an LPN for night shift.
Location Newport News, VA
Shift Third Shift (Night), Saturdays and Sundays
Hourly Compensation $22.39 - $37 per hour. Competitive benefits package including base pay, incentives, and benefits.
Qualifications
Education: Trade School Graduate (Required)
Licensure: LPN (Active in Virginia) (Required)
BLS (Required within 90 days)
Responsibilities
Serve as patient advocate in the prevention of illness or disease
Provide care and treatment for patients and clinical support and teaching for patient and family members
Customer service, testing, medication administration and implementation of nursing interventions and care plans
Support a holistic approach to patient care
