Build meaningful and long‑term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.

Analyze lab‑work results and provide diet education to patients and their families.
Influence and lead patients toward better health choices.
Perform quality improvement initiatives and clinical goal‑setting.

Requirements
State licensure required if it is available in the state where the facility is located.
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
Ability to work flexible schedules, possibly for multiple facilities and travel when needed.
Successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% after hire and training.
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and functional proficiency with DaVita applications within 60 days.
