Full‑time days, flexible schedule.

Overview $10,000 sign‑on bonus. Coverage area: Whitmire, SC. Attractive pay $101,400 to $117,000 annually.

Responsibilities

Help patients maintain, restore and improve movement, activity and function.

Provide interventions, conduct reexaminations (every 30 days at minimum), modify interventions as necessary, and perform discharge planning.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Current license to practice physical therapy specific to the state you are assigned to work in.

Graduate from an accredited physical therapy educational program as set by CAPTE.

One year related physical therapy experience for PTs entering home health care.

If less than one year of experience, approval from regional clinical leaders is required along with appropriate mentoring and/or residency program participation.

Current CPR certification.
