Responsibilities
Provide compassionate patient care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum.
Monitor fetal and maternal vital signs, assess progress, and respond to emergencies.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
Educate patients and families on postpartum care and newborn care.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and hospital policies.
Skills Needed Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, ability to work under pressure, and teamwork.
