Join a mission to empower individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) by providing essential care and support in their homes and communities. The position is located in Onslow County and requires Monday‑Friday work with some weekend availability.
Responsibilities
Provide care in the client's home and community.
Assist with everyday tasks including housekeeping, meal preparation, cooking, cleaning, bathing, dressing, and employment support.
Transport clients to appointments and run errands.
Help plan and organize the client's schedule.
Daily documentation and reporting in the electronic health record system.
Qualifications
Entry‑level experience is acceptable; on‑the‑job training provided.
High school diploma or GED required.
Basic housekeeping, nutrition, and safety knowledge.
Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and dependability.
Proficiency with electronic health records or willingness to learn.
Reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
Compensation & Benefits
$15.00 hourly (competitive rating).
